RENTAL POLICY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

To ensure a simple, clear, and transparent experience, the following conditions apply to all rentals:

  • No administration or account setup fees

  • Refundable deposit of $20 (+ taxes) for the access card, required upon lease signing

  • Minimum rental period of one month

  • Month-to-month lease, with no long-term commitment

  • No reservations allowed

  • Offer valid on available units only

  • Payment due no later than the 1st day of each month

  • No obligation to purchase our insurance

  • Lock required at lease signing (you may provide your own)

  • Rates are subject to change without notice

  • Taxes not included

PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotional offers are subject to the following conditions:

  • Automatic credit card payments are mandatory

  • Discounts apply to selected units only

  • Offer valid for new customers only

  • Cannot be combined with any other promotion

  • One promotion per customer

  • Promotions may end at any time without notice

  • Any late payment will result in cancellation of the promotion

  • Any failed automatic payment will result in cancellation of the promotion

  • Any breach of the lease terms will result in cancellation of the promotion
